PIED A TERRE COOKERY MASTERCLASS AND WINE TASTING FOR TEN GROUP CONCIERGE MEMBERS
Martin Moore were delighted to host an informative and fun evening for Ten Group Concierge members at our Muswell Hill showroom on 21st January, 2019.
An engaging pasta masterclass with Pied a Terre's celebrated head chef, Asimakis Chaniotis, and restaurant owner, David Moore, was followed by a tutored wine tasting. Asimakis demonstrated a sample dish from the restaurant's menu, Chalk Stream trout ravioli with king oyster, ceps and sauce vin jaune, which was then served to the lucky guests.
Attendees embarked on a "Taste of Burgundy" wine tasting with Pied a Terre's award-winning sommelier after which they stayed on into the night chatting to our designers, who were on hand to advise on all aspects of kitchen and home design.
