Created for clients for whom exceptional quality and a cohesive whole house design were top of their wish list, this luxuriously elegant family home called for a truly bespoke and considered approach.
On the ground floor Martin Moore created a practical, yet glamorous, English collection kitchen hand painted in Palest Taupe teamed countertops and splashback in creamy natural quartzite with delicate golden veining. The slender dark walnut island has a narrow barrel base to allow for convivial dining. The Martin Moore Stone Aged Melbury limestone floor, with pillowed edges, continues into the hall and utility room, where the furniture has been painted in English Plum to bring a pop of colour and complement the clients’ stunning wallpaper applied to the ceiling. The statement custom cabinets, positioned either side of the fireplace, are a focal point of the open-plan living dining room. Martin Moore’s bespoke furniture continues on the upper floors with the primary bedroom, bathroom and dressing room suite and children’s bedrooms featuring practical, sophisticated handmade storage to bring not only order but harmonious tranquility.
