Worcestershire Mansion

The wrench of leaving the city became an unmissable opportunity when it involved the the renovation of a neglected Queen Anne-style mansion into a light and airy family home with an expansive new custom kitchen at it’s heart.

The new owners wanted an spacious, social island at the centre of the kitchen and a large range cooker. To maximise space in this narrow room our designer tucked the tall fridge and freezer into a hidden chimney breast. This allowed the generous Aga to be positioned on the opposite wall. To reflect the property’s heritage and the young family’s lifestyle a tailored version of our English Collection was chosen and hand painted in a muted palette of contemporary neutrals and greens. As a contrast a dramatic dark grey was used for the back kitchen furniture.
