Ceviche Masterclass and Wine tasting in Esher Showroom


Martin Moore were delighted to host an entertaining and informative event for Ten Group Concierge members at our newly refurbished Esher showroom. 

Asimakis Chaniotis, executive chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Pied a Terre, demonstrated how to prepare ceviche and created his signature dish of sea bream ceviche with sage, lime, basil, smoked almonds and Greek bottarga for the guests to enjoy.

Following this, sommeliers Phillipe and Roberto presented three unique, independent Italian wines to perfectly complement ceviche.
